The villa and guest house are not rented to separate parties, so you will always have the palce to yourself, although smaller parties can choose to rent just the villa or the guest house.

ROME VILLA FOR RENT

This luxury villa with separate and self-contained guest house is available for rent. Set in 3500 sq metres of landscaped garden, the rental villa is very well equipped and furnished - with all the comforts you need for a holiday in and around the Rome area and the Vatican City.

Designed by a famous Roman architect, this modern rental villa occupies three levels. The guest house occupies the lower level, and the main apartment occupies the upper two levels.

The garden is terraced on three levels too: the upper level surrounds the villa, the mid level is in front of the guest house, and the lower level of the garden has the swimming pool. The garden offers fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. The pool area is paved, and has sun loungers, tables, chairs and sun canopies.

VILLA RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The main villa accommodates 7+2. The separate guest house sleeps 2+2. In total, this villa can sleep 13.

The main villa accommodation:

A kitchen with larder
A very large living room with a fireplace
Separated dining and sitting areas.
A master bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower cabin are on the first floor.
A double, a twin and a single bedroom with one bathroom on the ground floor.

The reading room has a double sofa bed and access to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the valley. The terrace has a large nice rustic table and chairs for 12.

The guest house accommodation:

Large living room, with a double very comfortable sofa bed.
Kitchen with dining area.
Double bedroom.
Bathroom with bath and shower.

All the rooms have large windows that open onto the garden.

LOCATION

This luxury villa is located 13 km by highway to the Rome ring-road, off the beaten track to the North of the city , in an area rich in Etruscan, Roman and Renaissance finds, palaces and villas.

Nearby are two lakes, two golf clubs, and characteristic medieval villages.

The villa is close to two different Metro lines, which is handy for sight-seeign trips into Rome City centre and the Vatican City.

On Metro line is 8 - 10 minutes from the villa, and the train journey to St Peter Square takes 25 minutes.
The other Metro line is 15 minutes away, and the train journey to Piazza Del Popolo takes 15 minutes.

Rome is served by Rome Fiumicino airport.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The villa and guest house are not rented to separate parties, so you have the place to yourself. If only the villa is rented, the guest house is locked. Similarly, if only the guest house is rented, the villa is locked.

This villa is priced at 2600 to 3300 euros per week.
